CHS Physical Therapy also accepts Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and accident insurance claims, as well as worker’s compensation cases. Our team coordinates directly with insurance carriers and attorneys when needed to ensure a smooth and stress-free billing process.

Telehealth evaluations and reassessments are available for both pediatric and adult patients, providing added convenience and flexibility.

We also offer in-home therapy for pediatric patients when appropriate, allowing care to take place in a familiar and supportive environment.

Our administrative team is here to assist you every step of the way — from verifying coverage and managing authorizations to answering billing questions and providing superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if needed.
