Dr. Gonzalez Casal, PT, DPT
Dr. Gonzalez Casal earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2013. She has over 12 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care across orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric rehabilitation settings.
As one of the owners of CHS Physical Therapy, Dr. Gonzalez Casal is dedicated to maintaining a patient-centered, physical therapist–owned practice focused on clinical excellence and individualized care. Her professional experience includes work in outpatient clinics, hospitals, subacute rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities, allowing her to bring a broad and thoughtful perspective to every patient she serves.
Dr. Gonzalez Casal is known for her genuine compassion, collaborative approach, and commitment to helping each patient reach their highest level of function and independence.
Dainey De Armas Perez, COTA
Dainey is a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She graduated as a Registered Nurse in Cuba in 1999 and has worked with patients of diverse ages and medical conditions throughout her career.
Since 2014, Dainey has served as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, where she focuses on helping individuals develop or regain the functional skills needed for daily living. Her work is guided by empathy, respect, and a strong commitment to supporting each patient’s unique needs.
Dainey is dedicated to helping patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, promoting greater independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Her extensive clinical experience and caring approach make her a valuable part of the rehabilitation team.
