Insurance & Payment Review
We’ll review your insurance benefits and discuss any private pay options if needed.
Scheduling
You’ll be scheduled for your initial telehealth evaluation (or in-person if required) at a time that works best for you.
Paperwork
Intake forms will be sent electronically to complete before your first visit. If you prefer, we can assist you over the phone or in person.
First Visit
Your evaluation will include a thorough review of your history, current concerns, and a movement assessment. Based on this, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan.
Ongoing Care
Treatment sessions are provided in person and tailored to your specific goals. For pediatric patients, in-home therapy may be scheduled depending on your location and needs.
