How do I prepare for my telehealth session?

You’ll receive a secure link by email or text before your appointment. All you need is a device with a camera and a quiet space with enough room to move around comfortably.

Do I need a referral?

In many cases, you can begin physical therapy without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require one. We’re happy to help clarify this based on your plan.

Can I use my PIP or accident insurance for treatment?

Yes, we accept PIP and accident insurance for patients recovering from motor vehicle or personal injuries. Our team coordinates with your insurance provider and attorney if needed to ensure a seamless process.
