About CHS Physical Therapy

CHS Physical Therapy is founded and owned by Dr. Gonzalez Casal, DPT, a physical therapist, and Dainey De Armas Perez, COTA, a certified occupational therapist assistant. As a therapist-owned and operated clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation care, ensuring every patient receives the attention and expertise they deserve.

Our team provides personalized care for adults and children, specializing in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, pediatric development, injury recovery, accident cases, and worker’s compensation patients. By combining professional experience with compassionate guidance, we help each patient regain function, restore independence, and achieve their personal goals.

At CHS Physical Therapy, we believe in a patient-centered approach. Every plan of care is tailored to the individual, emphasizing safe progression, functional improvement, and long-term wellness. Our goal is to empower patients to actively participate in their recovery while feeling supported throughout the process.

Conveniently located in Kissimmee, FL, our modern clinic is designed to provide a welcoming and professional environment for all patients. From your first visit to the completion of your therapy plan, our team works collaboratively to ensure a positive, effective, and lasting experience.
